Reading Tarot Cards - Your Key.
Presenting the Minor Arcana Tarot Cards The Minor Arcana consists of 56 tarot cards. These are made up of four suits that are known by different names. But for this example we will call them Cups, Wands, Pentacles, and Swords. The Minor Arcana consists of Aces, Court cards and numbers. The court cards represent people and situations. Readers interpretation of colouring can vary, but the court cards come into two categories of colouring—dark and light. Cups and Wands have light colouring while Pentacles and Swords are dark. I will present each Minor Arcana card and give a description and meaning for the upright card and the reversed card. You will also notice that each Minor Arcana card has a given number. You can learn the Major and Minor Arcana from the fabulous Tarot DVD presented by Deborah rose. In general terms the Pentacles suit represents financial situations. The court cards represent people with dark hair and dark eyes. I would like to begin with the Ace of Pentacles. It indicates someone who is capable of extremely hard work and has sound business judgement. Good time for investments.
The five of Pentacles indicates a loss in faith. You are looking at what direction your life is heading. There is possible unemployment and financial ruin ahead. The six of Pentacles represents financial stability. It is a promotion in a career. You will not be overlooked. The six is a card of kindness and charity work.
The seven of Pentacles—Hard work will provide Long term benefits. Be patient.
The eight of Pentacles represents a new skill or profession. Possibly long term training involved. Your financial success may presently be minimal. Patience will provide great reward.
Nine of Pentacles—This card indicates that the person is financially very secure and content. Although they are still seeking a purpose in life. They may need to look outside their immediate circle. The ten of Pentacles shows that you are beginning to prosper. There may be an inheritance that makes your family secure. Possible property speculation. The Page of Pentacles represents a young boy, girl or child with dark hair and dark eyes. This is a scholarly young person. This card signifies good news, possible job or money.
The Knight of Pentacles represents a young man with dark hair and dark eyes that needs constant motivation otherwise he will not move forward. He may be proficient but he is not capable of moving upwards on his own. The Queen of Pentacles is a mature woman with dark hair and dark eyes. She is as happy at home as she would be in a career. She is practical and reliable.
The King of Pentacles is a mature man with dark or grey hair and dark eyes. He is an excellent business man with financial skill. He is solid, mature and sensible. He may be a bank manager, real estate or financial advisor—A Man in a position of trust, who can be trusted.
